@Br2veHe2rt Yeah your right neither of us know who gave the order, it was probably what ever company owned the park. I know that they said that they could do it on the park, but maybe things got out of hand and they probably changed their mind.

In most states if you refuse they are allowed, by law, to take you downtown for a blood test. If you refuse that then they call in back up and force a blood test. I am glad its like this, so that DUI's can't just opt out.

Driving drunk / under the influence is a danger to your self and to the people around. Since police are forced by law to protect the people, they have to pull you over if are DUI. And those medications that impare your driving, have labels that say do not operate vehicles (or something like that)...

@PaleoSteno Have they made any progress? Now we know that the fossil record does not prove or support evolution. We can only find very little evidince of evolution in nature, and that is all staying within the gene pool. Look into the inner workings of a Ameba. Its the simplest creature on planet...

Maybe your unknown fossil is from 7000 B.C. Wouldnt that be cool. And you could get rich. (I know it happend from 10,000 - 6,000 but I just guessed)
