1) It could be considered a combo in that the other player doesn't have time to respond

2) The ACTUAL Captain Falcon 'Sacred Combo' is doing the flying knee to an opponent who is nearly back to the stage, before Falcon Punching them out. Backflipping back up to the stage is possible...
