Formerly a Classical Pianist Now Fighting Medicare to replace my 12 YEAR OLD ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR it is not safe any longer! Medicare insurance changed the rules and rationed away this style of specialized wheelchair that has kept me independent in the community. Even though they provided it NOW they refuse to EVER replace it. I have a rare degenerative neuro-muscular disease and some mild brain damage and also a crime survivor. Recently I survived OPERATION 38 NOW, I can now breathe ON MY OWN! Isn't that awesome? I am A talented professional a cappella Singer and Artist also likes to travel and volunteer. I am @wantstotravel onTWITTER2 PLEASE HELP Remove the IN HOME RESTRICTIONS used to deny and ration away Medical Equipment and restore my equal rights to purchase the wheelchair that meets my specific medical needs!! OTHER people can replace their chairs once EVERY 5 YEARS! Why am I different? I AM NOT a CRIMINAL FOR A WHEELCHAIR REPLACEMENT PLEASE DON'T LET THEM FORCE ME INTO A NURSING HOME TO GET REIMBURSED!
