no abs exercise burns fat, it just breaks down the muscle the same way lifting weights does, if you want to burn fat, drink at least 2-3l water a day and make sure u go to the toilet often, cardio also assists fat loss. Keep carbs/fats to a min at nite, and general healthy diet, shud work a treat!
