I've never gotten such a fast MOAB anyways :P. I think my fastest was like, 2:50ish. Some as slow as 6 minutes. I never tried ground war before though, I could probably do it in that mode.

@venom5442 The afterburn affect occurs in all exercises, though predominantly compound movements. He only seems to use compound movements, so the answer would be yes.

This kid should invest money in running shoes and weights, he clearly wasted money on a game that won't benefit him that he CLEARLY doesn't enjoy anyways. P.S, it's just a game.

@iiMonsterEnRg Infected MOABs are really easy compared to real ones. I have only 8 real ones, but it's not like I couldn't get that many in a day on infected.

@Godofwarfare115 The charge for xbl is not affiliated in any way with activision or Call of Duty. Xbox does NOT deserve to get them first, just because it is a more expensive system.

CoD4 was definitely my favorite by far, I loved WaW and BlOps along with it however. MW2 was the most rage inducing game I could ever play, and MW3 is laughable and has no post launch support.

The maps are all too small to have shotguns and fmg9s being so powerful. The type 95 is a 1 shot kill to anywhere in close quarters, but I have to disagree with the mp7 or acr being overpowered. Honestly, the acr isn't the laser gun that everybody claims it is. It has a decent amount of recoil...

@riconavy123 it is not that you won't make gains on the machines, it's that it doesn't use your stabilizer muscles, so you won't be able to lift equal loads in real situations.

I really don't think we need stopping power back, I like it not being there, but I can't stand freaking Ghost. Just remove Ghost completely. However BlindEye is fair, because half the time I get a complete garbage team, and there is helicopters flying in shooting me because of there mistakes.

@creamcheeseshower If you are feeling pain in your knees, make sure you are dropping your hips back while keeping good posture on the squat thrusts. Those can really be hard on the knees if done wrong.

@PortalRealm Take my word for it, you certainly will. I play on 4, and I have no issues getting quad sprays or hopping from target to target, I can even turn on people. It's really the ideal sensitivity, ask most gamebattles pros and they say 3-4 also. I have a 2 k/d btw with 23% accuracy.

I don't know what you are talking about, I get 0 kills before they take down my pavelows.

I'm usually a 4+ k/d player, I HATE teammates. They drive me insane.
