You need to place the sub near a wall, or even better, a corner! place the subwoofer FACING the wall at about 8 inches away and you will get a better bass pattern throughout the room AND gain about +3 decibels of volume!
Next stap is to sell off the bulky main speakers, buys some decent 12" 2 wa...
