I can't believe there's only 2 days left until I get to see the 2 hour premiere. I also know the first four names of the episodes as well. Just go and type in star wars the clone wars episode guide and go into wiki and look at the season 4 listing.

I have read George Lucas has said that he would like to have at least 100 episodes done. Which means that there would have to be five seasons because this season would make it 80 something episodes and the start for the season 4 is September 16th actually, it says on the episode guide on wiki.
