A gunman opened fire yesterday at Fort Hood Army base in Texas, killing 13 people and wounding 28 others. The suspect is reportedly a military psychiatrist who works on the base. What is your reaction to this news? Do you think the military is doing enough to address the psychiatric needs of its personnel? The soldiers who were in the building where the attack happened were not armed as firearms at U.S. military bases are kept secured unless needed for training. Do you believe this policy would be reversed in response to the fatal attack?
