About United Methodist Village

The United Methodist Village is a Non-Profit Christian Organization founded by the United Methodist Church in 1908. Since its inception, the Village has been motivated by a guiding spirit of compassion and Christian concern for the whole person: mind, body, & spirit.

We are the only facility in Southern Illinois that provides five levels of care. Our services include Respite Care, Rehab-to-Home, Assisted Living, Independent Living (Southern Meadows Estates), Alzheimer's Care, Comfort Care, Skilled Care, and Intermediate Care.

We are dedicated to providing a place for today's seniors to live, play and grow in an atmosphere of Christian love and care.

We believe that the Christian faith teaches us that all persons should have the opportunity to live their lives with dignity and independence.

In that belief, we are committed to providing quality services in an atmosphere of caring, sharing, encouragement and Christian love.
