It wasn't a catch according to the NCAA Rulebook which states "Any forward pass is incomplete if the ball is out of bounds by rule or if it touches the ground when not firmly controlled by a player."

@slipshaft It isn't about who won. It's about not taking cheap shots after the whisle's blown. It's the equivalent of Cousins going out of bounds and our linebackers kicking him in the face, and asking why I was suspended.
