Like several others in the comments, I too have never heard of Respiratory Hygiene, so I looked it up. Basically, it means covering and containing your coughs and sneezes with your hands, tissues, or arm. Hand washing is of course part and parcel of Respiratory Hygiene.

Just a quick FYI for NCS, according to the Plants vs Zombies Wiki, Winter Melon-Pults do the same amount of damage as a regular melon-pult, contrary to what is listed in the Almanac. My experiments bear this out as well.
