prestigious Queensland Music Festival, before moving to New York in August.

In August 2008, Tyrone relocated to London to further his international career, and hit the ground running with a highly-publicised solo show at the famous Shepherds Bush
Walkabout as part of TNT Magazines annual Month of Music series, followed by his first full band show supporting Australian legend Jimmy Barnes at the annual Toast Festival at the
Kensington Olympia. Tyrone then regularly performed numerous profile-building solo, duo and full band shows to a fast-growing and highly appreciative audience across London at venues in-
cluding Ziloufs, the 12 Bar Club, The Cobden Club, The Dublin Castle, The Half Moon, The Liberties Bar and The Purple Turtle. His UK band includes highly-regarded English
drummer Cherisse Osei (who also plays with chart-topping artist MIKA).

Faced with george on an extended break, Tyrone immersed himself in the industry as a promoter, producer, DJ, film/theatre composer and cabaret performer and released/toured a top 10 AIR indie chart album (jazz group Palimpsest) before embarking on his solo career.
In 2007, Tyrone represented his state of Queensland (one of three artists chosen) at the A&R Worldwide Musexpo conference, the Oz City Song Cycle and Passport Approved showcases in Los Angeles; performed at The State Premier's Queensland Advance Expatriate Awards
at the Rockefeller Centre in New York, was featured in Billboard Magazines Underground performance/interview series and produced his debut full-length album (I Believe) with Paul Peterson (Prince, Stevie Wonder, Steve Miller, Lionel Richie, The Beach Boys etc) and mix engineer Steve Hodge (Grammy winning-producer, Flyte Tyme Studios Chief Engineer 1986-
2003 - Janet and Michael jackson, TLC, George Michael).
He also undertook a successful Australian solo tour in October/November 2007 with Paul Greene and Karl Broadie. The mini-album Heavy Soul Part 1 (released September 16 2006) was accom-
panied by national full band touring and key festival performances continuing into 2007. "You Know" was the iTunes-featured Single Of The Week, while the single "Back (Where I Started
From)" received solid national airplay and video rotation.
