Just a warning, not all 9-volt batteries are constructed with the six LR61 batteries as seen in the video. A number are constructed with small rectangular cells in a stack. These can sometimes be hazardous to cut into.

I'm pretty sure sbd45acp was referring to the fact that this vid doesn't actually show a demonstration of live fire, which would speak to the reliability of the product. A lot of extended cap mags and drums have feed problems and such.
