We are two real estate investors with 40 years combined experience in real estate investments and real estate transactions. We are friends and have known each other for almost 20 years. We both have families and have two children each. One dad is a licensed realtor® in South Florida and a top producer for his firm with many years of Real Estate investment experience. The other dad is an owner of many multi-family apartment buildings and is experienced in creative real estate transactions.
