One of the best interpretations I've heard, for me even better than the Horowitz one, but then some of you will dispute that, and I agree the Horowitz is insanely good to. I urge everyone to listen to that too.

His more recent performances have been much better, Ive just watched this, and his Proms 2011, and compared to the excessive musical "license" he was exploiting a couple years ago which almost killed all of his performances, this is fantastic.

I think Lang Lang has great technical skill, agreed with many there, however, his musicality is too much... great for debussy, satie, etc. (all impressionism and mid-romanticism to be honest), but this piece was not in his best judgement... the unnecessary tempo changes and ignorance of the artic...
