Twin Cities RISE! is an anti-poverty organization that transforms the lives of its participants and their families. Our mission is to provide employers with skilled workers -- primarily men who have been living in deep, generational poverty in communities of color. We train participants to earn and retain jobs paying an annual living wage of at least $20,000 with benefits.
