HI EVERYONE....5/9/09 UPDATE:
( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkvrDLcsi-U ) This link says it all. I was blown away to see that the Karaoke music I purchased, and the Cover song , I sung was a copyright infringement. I ASSumed that the "Fair Act" language and the fact I purchasd all my background music...Legally made it ok to load. I thought this was just a fair use. We obviously don't make money with it, and listening can many times be painfull to the ears...LOL. I looked at all the You Tube (CR) info and it doesn't tell you point blank that even though you own the music you purchased, loading it on You Tube is a CR infringement. IF this is the case, I would go so far to say that it wouldn't matter IF you have a background on Track, or IF you play the music and sing it with a guitar. Right? Well anyway, I removed myself from this type of issue, until I can get better information on the subject. Yes, I know....Go write your own music...LOL ...that would take talent that I don't have at this time. I'll keep watching my friends, and good luck everyone. Love Tux
