@joeryannnnnnn Dear sir , when you purchase a kit you cannot lower the output power more than what the power supply can provide , for lowering the amplifier more than what you want you must have a controller for the power supply which is not provided in the kit , all kits are "full power kit"

@MrThePCprograms yes you can change the RDS text with our PC software - connected by the supplied USB cable

@ckvislame you should always use some 50ohm load even a small coxial cable 50ohm will be good , if you use a good antenna the maximum range is about 1.5-2 miles
