There are videos on how to make chinese food on here that you could follow to get the desired results. I am watching various Japanese foods recipes and seeing the techniques used and ingredients I would never have though of.

Those clouds behind you were rather weird. They were rippled and uniform. Very odd. Sorry for the sleeping issues you have. You may want to look up nutritional ways to encourage sleep. Instead of doing the chemical route.

Always weigh after doing it. If you have an electronic scale, just know that there is a chance that the weight will change up to around 1 or 2% of body weight each time you step on it. I found that out with my scale, when I wondered why it changed so much.
