@Overboard928 For me I have tried this with X using PC Version and proved that it does not work. X simply fires a small bouquet of flames over a short distance and nothing more. But it might be another story in other platforms.

Is it just my version is new or Vienna can simply dish out the move just using down+melee and Vienna will do the pinning down and shoot when it is on the ground. Won't work if it is flying though...
