Have you considered 5-99xCharge Sacrificial stones and a heart? They don't stack if you have another in your inventory, but if you drop the maxed ones you can add stacks into others. Too much HP regen for the fountain to take away

This is how we are. We get drunk, we fight, we're cool with each other afterwards most of the time. Once you actually do fight someone and see how they handle themselves, you get a measure of respect for each other.
