I do have to say I wish it was always that easy. Some dogs are very aggressive and are difficult to groom, wash, and or dry. This job is very stressful and the owners are not always that friendly. Don't let it fool you everyone! Experience from Petsmart Groomer!

I also must add standing in view of your dog may not have been the best way to watch the groom. It is very difficult on the groomer when the dog is squirming all over the place trying to see you, it also can risk her getting cut... so you know for the future!

that is SO TRUE!!!! When I was in grooming before I decided to go to college we got that EVERY DAY, it was so annoying! People belittle groomers so much, I wish they could see what a challenge it is.
