I was part of this walk also, I was present at Greenbelt Park when a child was born and was given the name Longest Walk, it was an experience that I have never forgotten and it was good to be with my people.

It's hard to tell which version of that song I really do like, this one or the one by Frank Sinatra, they're both very excellent recordings.

I was one of those Georgetown grads that this movie was about.

I grew up in that area and the movie St. Elmo's Fire could've been about me in the group of people that I hung out with 20 years earlier in and around Georgetown in Washington, DC.

It amazes me how I anyone could dislike this, if a person dislikes what they hear, move on, and anyone who dislikes this, dislikes music.

You know, it's a damn shame that her and Barry White never did this as a duet, it would have been Awesome

I Gotta ask, what happened to some of the love songs from Paul Davis and England Dan & John Ford Coley didn't they have some good love songs back during this timeframe?

My great great grandfather was in Kemper's brigade, he was in the Virginia 7th Infantry Co.D but he survived Gettysburg and went on to be captured at the battle of Five Forks a year later and became a prisoner of war at Point Lookout, Maryland.
