Merry Christmas Buddy!

Right back at ya friend! Should be about time for some good Cajun gumbo, with the cold weather rolling in soon. I was so pleased recently, this lady thanked me for posting my Gumbo video a couple of weeks back. She said she was going to give it a try for the first time, cooking it for her husband and his family. She's from Arizona, recently moved to Louisiana and wanted a gumbo recipe, but the roux part threw her a curve ball. Well, lo and behold, I'm using roux in a jar in the video. Just what she was looking for. Anyhoo, a big high five at you from Cajun country, and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Man, I sharpen my knife day and night just waiting for them "haters"! And I always keep a full magazine and a round in the chamber for 'em to boot!
