When you stand up in front of everybody and explain you karate life. when you pass out from exhaustion. When you cant stop to breathe. When your friends wouldn't dream to do this. When you get a break to eat. Then throw it up. When you want to quit. but keep going. When your not a blackbelt, you wont get it. When you get your blackbelt, it will be worth it.
