@dbarrera767 He records the video, then puts the sound over the top.. which is alot of stopping and sdtarting, not one continuous sound record (So he doesnt make mistakes, studder etc) - thats why one second he might finish a sentence and be out of breath, but then he edits in the next sentence etc,
