Hi there. Got an account here only to be able to put a comment here. Why bother? Because I find the pipesmoking community really nice :-). So, anyways. Answer: Yes, the small lid on top of the bigger lid on the snus package is for used snusbags/packages or whatever you want to call them. Good thing for beginner snusers or those who find the nicotine to strong and want to take it in in small amounts. Not so discusting actually if you ask me, since its yours only and the compartment is keeping it clean from dust and whatever.
