its not tactical because of "the pointy thingy: (also known as a muzzle break) its because the stock isnt made of wood, and it has tactical rails...

the muzzle break is "pointy" so you can stick it on doors to hold it steady when you shoot locks off. (SWAT Team, Cops, ETC...)
