I'm dedicating this channel to my favourite artist
The one and only Lee Van Cliff!! Who's real name is "Devon Perkins", he's the son of another Reggae Star "Lascelles Perkins". He performed at many sound systems at the period of 1981 till 1986, like Gemini, Virgo, Killamanjaro and ofcourse Volcano. he moved to New York and live in Brooklyn untill he got shot in 1987 . i'm without any doubt his biggest fan! but the thing is i don't know that much about him personally (except that when he was a youth they used to call him Carrot haha thx Reggaegaz) But that's not enough for me! i'm collecting money to go to Jamaica, and that's not for fun, well... ofcourse i'm gonna have fun i would be a ratted fool if i wouldn't enjoy myself, but the real reason is to find out anything about Puppa Lee van i can find! but in the mean time i'm asking for help from anyone that knows a little bit about him, any info would be appreciated to the max! And if anyone is in the possesion of any pictures of him would you please share them, cause there are almost no pictures of him to be found. Thanks Everyone! One Love!

Greetings all Reggae/Dancehall/Roots/Ragga lovers!

My name is Bas i'm from the Netherlands, and i'm a Big Big reggae fan! i've got myself quite a collection of the real oldskool Ragga/Raggmuffin ting, that my father, brother & sister introduced to me. And i thought it would be a good idea to share these treasures with all the people who love this same way!

I can say without any doubt that all the tunes i upload are Wicked and Rough and Tough! Although i can understand that the pictures i upload with the tune isn't that appealing for the eye. I have only paint and windows movie maker to work with, so i just fixed something together that shows that this is real reggae that ure listening to and that u can see that the tune is from Trikkyboy, i can make them better. but well i don't really feel like it, so just close ure eyes and rate 5 stars!!

Almost all the tunes i upload ( with a few exceptions) are dated back to around 1984 till 1993, that's the period that the digital thing was really kicking in, i'm also a very big fan of the toastings, i do this myself in youthostels back when i was 14 and i'm pretty proud of my style and patan! But to each and everybody Enjoy!! and live your live the right way! don't go astray! and hope you might live another day! Run It!
