@TridentTrucking agreed though on more numbers we need atleast 30 DDG and FFGs to provide fleet support and power projection 3 carriers would garentee an availible carrier at all times so we could maintain atleast one battle ready CVBG

@TridentTrucking on a carrige way which means your in line for £60 fine and 3 points minimum the fact you incited this action could mean anything upto 18 month driving ban for careless and inconsiderate driving with a fine of upto £2000 do you still feel clever now?

@8manyoo my condolencies to the driver and his family the haulage industry although slightly apart is still close together, its a shame to see another casualty be it cyclist car lorry or coach.

@sirarrgh yeah i understand that, what im getting at is that an 8 wheeler which uses 4 wheels to steer rather than 2 has to take it wider than a 6 or 4 wheeler because one set of steer wheels cancells out the affect of the other so the turning circle is slightly bigger, what alot of the problems ...

@yangtse55 2010 cyclist tried to sue a car driver who knocked him off his bike but the court dissmissed his case as he wasnt wearing correct safty gear, google the story it featured in nearly all national newspapers at the time i cant remember the date exactly.

He should have planned it a bit better, however he may have just been over the line when the lights went redits more dangerous for him to anchor up than to carry on considering he is loaded if he had of just stopped he would then block the entire crossing, poor planning on the drivers part.

@MrKal321 looks like the porsche has just joined the motorway at the slip and instead of slipping behind then pulling out tried an undertake (which is an offence) going into the blind spot the lorry is on a motorway regulated road therefore can travel at a maximum of 60mph

@04smallmj my truck which is a MAN will do 97mph if i took the limiter off, you can have the restricter re calibrated upto any speed provided the wheels on the rolling road do not exceed 60mph it is signed off and a tamper proof sticker is placed normally inside the door well showing the restrict...

@GreatBarrWolf two on my company have hit bridges both went to court and were cleared, reason the bridge was signposted at 15.2 and the truck was 14.9 they had relayed the road and didnt mesure the hieght or change the signs they were found negligent in court.
