think about it this way, The only way for some one that was summoned using that jutsu can die is ot be sealed away, so Nagato that was summoned by Kabuto can keep using that jutsu that brung all the leaf village back to life and not have to worry about low chakra and dying, thus keeping Madara and Kabuto alive forever.....

Kabuto had summoned Nagato when he used that jutsu, Madara not only needs it for the jutsu i mentioned he needs those eyes as a deterant against Kabuto, that way both will posses the rinnegan, but i think it is either the Spirit of the juubi or the spirit of the Sage of six paths that was in that coffin

yeah he will need the nine tails for it, but the spirit of the juubi can still be summoned using that Jutsu Kabuto used to summon the dead akatsuki members, to me, thats what i think is inside that last coffin, and yes he gets depleted faster if he uses the Sharingan, thats why he keeps it covered up with his headband, but as for being in the hospital, he onyl goes there if he uses the Mangekyou, all those sharingans Madara has are probably going to be used for the same thing Danzou used his for , Izangai ... and if Kakashi is able to use the Sharingan and that other ninja was able to use the byakugan then theres no reaosn why Madara cant use the rinnegan

that was not over usage of the sharingan, it was over usage of the Mangekyou Sharingan, theres a differance, Kakashi can use the Sharingan and not need medical attintion, its only when he uses the Mangekyou, and my theory for why Madara needs the rinnegan is simple: The Juubi's body is inside the moon, but he has no way of getting to the moon or bringing the moon to him, unless he has the rinnegean then he can use the jutsu Yakio's Body used where he pulled everything tward him, and just pull the moon close to him

no it wouldnt mess him up, It wasnt Kakahsi's either, yet he still was able to posses the Sharingan, and the Mangekyou for that matter, speaking of whoich, why hasnt Kakashi started going blind from using his Mangekou but Madara, Itachi and Sasuke did?

Madara wanted to know where Pein's rennigans were (either she took them out of his corpse or he wasn't amoung those kabuto ressurected I guess we'll find out next week)
