I also workout heavily (run/powerwalk), and I lately have chosen to work out in the mornings, and allow my hair to air dry in a bun all day at work (so I bun mon - fri). I'm thinking of changing my routine again to eliminate the need of needing to use Aloe Vera jell (any jells/heavy serums) on my edges. I cowash regularly because of my workouts. I also relaxer stretch my hair (10 - 12 weeks). What is your routine on a daily basis? - Do you workout in the morning and airdry throughout the day, or in the evening - then damp bun set at night? If so how long does it take to air dry in this method (I had probs with my hair still being wet in the mornings).
