About Soy la soñadora
My students generally say that my private life is "soooo" much more interesting than contracting. So I thought I would put the best of both worlds on here. Some private stuff (public now I guess), and some contractual stuff. My life isn't so lame that this is my only fantasy, but I do dream of teaching the general public (and Congress) about federal procurement. It's such a significant portion of the budget- and so very critical. So this site is technically now a dream come true. (How sad is that!?)
