Travis Taylor's passion for positively impacting the lives of others inspired him to speak change in the lives of people by sharing his experiences, thoughts and persevering spirit through spoken word. As a poet, dance, actor, model and singer Travis has had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life. These encounters have allowed Travis to see the vast spectrums of hope and despair, love and hate, and joy and pain that people experience everyday. Hoping to reach and inspire as many people as possible with his story of strife, despair, heartache and ultimate perseverance, survival and triumph Travis embarked on the journey of perfecting his craft of song. He is a native of Baltimore County, Maryland. Born December 11th, 1987, Travis is the youngest sibling of Annette Whitfield and Kent Taylor. He has traveled the world to discover new experiences while concurrently on a journey of self-discovery. That journey has finally culminated to the realization that song is the most powerful and viable medium to express his beliefs and share the way in which he sees the world.
