This video sucks. Android Saga Vegeta would wipe out Frieza in five seconds. Frieza at his full power was stated to be 120,000,000. And if Goku was at 150,000,000 as a Super Saiyan when he fought Frieza, then Vegeta is much higher from all those years of training, plus being a Super Saiyan.

Goku would NOT be able to use Kaioken x20 in this fight. He'd need to get much stronger. His power level when fighting Ginyu was 90,000. If he used the Kaio-ken against Frieza it'd be 180,000 and I'd imagine that he'd only be able to reach Kaio-ken x10.
