Travellators is formed by Jacki who plays the Indonesia Gamelan with a Gamelan ensemble in Singapore. She has been learning the Gamelan for five years and in 2006, her two close friends expressed an interest in fusing gamelan with laptop music and syth effects and decided to join her to elevate experimental music, in an effort to express a new breed of musical arrangement.
