Hmmm...when was the last time you saw a meteor (large bright fireball in this case - bright enough to register that well on video) that didn't have any vapor / flame trail whatsoever? I've been an amateur astronomer for 30+ years and I certainly am not a "know-it-all", but that was no meteor.
