Goodbye for now

My wife and I have a beautiful baby who needs both moms and a daughter that needs more of my time and energy. We are moving to a farm which will require a great deal of work, and my wife will be starting a new business soon.

In short, my family needs my complete time, attention effort right now and in order to give them as much as they have given me through my transition process I will have to greatly reduce my involvement in trans advocacy and education.

The content which I have created over the last few years will continue to be available on line, but I have decided that I should take a break from creating new content for a while.

The YouTube channels (Heather1415 and TransInsight) will remain, but I will not be making new videos. The trans encyclopedia (Transpedia.ca) will still be maintained and is open to anyone who wants to add new information. The trans news site (TranspediaNews.com) will remain active and I will continue to pay for, maintain and administer the web site, but I personally will no longer be contributing new articles.

If you however want to tell the world about a trans or intersex news story, cover an event or review a book or movie, you are welcome to do so. Just drop me an email at News@TranspediaNews.com and help tell our stories to a world that needs to better understand who we are, and are not.
