For how long will Americans choose to remain ignorant and passive about their freedoms? How much are they willing to tolerate from their government, as this government continues to use every excuse they can to impact The People and their inherent rights?

My information is NOT for people looking for "technicalities" and "loopholes" and "getting out of" traffic tickets. It IS about understanding where your rights really are, and how to assert those rights, agressively yet peacefully, to maintain them and let our public servants know who is in charge, how, and why. These public servants, (police officers, prosecutors, judges and all government officials, aka also known as those who *work for US*) have managed to arrive at incorrect conclusions about their place in our lives. Hold them 100% liable when they act outside of the duties they owe to us every minute of the day. Know how to hold them liable even when they have alleged immunities that allegedly protect them from any wrong doing.

What I'm finding over and over again is that most people have next to zero understanding of how the law really works. After about eight years now of intense, daily study of the law, both institutionally and privately, including lots of courtroom experience and administrative procedures, it amazes me how ignorant we've become and how horribly we are taken advantage of in that process. The biggest problem of all is that the secrets of the system are kept just that way. Even many attorneys don't have the inside information, and find themselves made fools of by the laymen who have spent the time actually reading the law. Attorneys are taught how to argue; they are NOT taught how remedy exists outside of any need for argument.

Meanwhile, tv promotes endless law shows where the law is presented in a certain specific and very twisted light, almost completely omitting (except on very rare occasion) how the law *really* works, outside of arguments and controversy.

What is a court and prosecutor to do when there is no argument, when there is no controversy?

Subscribe to my channel and stay tuned as I prepare material that I will make available to all showing how this system really works to the best of our (myself and my peers) knowledge based on positive experience and results. The river runs deep, and the facade we are uncovering IS SHOWING US A REALITY THAT MOST PEOPLE MAY JUST NOT BE READY FOR.

I need people to send me questions about what they want answered. My knowledge spans traffic issues, all criminal procedure especially for New York (carries over into many other states), income tax liability, understanding money (VERY deep waters on that topic), etc.

The idea is, once you understand traffic tickets in general, you will have a solid understanding of asserting rights in general.

The legal processes used against us depend upon our full cooperation and waiver of rights, along with a self-incrimination that people have no clue they've even participated in. People incriminate themselves CONSTANTLY. This IS how it works! I will be giving away absolute GEMS of understanding to help all Americans protect themselves from an over-zealous government. This is NOT about being anti-government; it IS about protecting ourselves from those in government who are regularly overstepping their bounds without even understanding that they're doing so ACCORDING TO THE LAW.

PLEASE watch my favorited video to the right regarding the Second Amendment (guns); it is the ONLY video anyone ever needs to watch on the subject. Pay specific attention to what Susanna says at the end...the REAL reason for the Second Amendment that is so constantly and consistently ignored, in an effort to make sure that THAT issue is never ever raised:...that guns are NOT about hunting or assaulting; they are about providing each one of us with PROTECTION FROM *OUR* GOVERNMENT.
