@kirk0311 - Yes, I would use this on a neck wound. Kaolin impregnated cloth is harmless. Kaolin is a just a white clay found naturally in the ground in Georgia (and perhaps elsewhere). Hell, you're basically made from clay.

Tallil had nothing but rocket attacks from over near Nasiriyah, not mortars. The bad guys couldn't get close enough for mortar attacks (for various reasons). As I recall, they were all 122mm Katyusha rockets. I was there in 2009.
