I associate this tune with Radio 270...A pirate radio station off Scarborough in 1966.Great melody, and was played at coffee time in the mornings.Loved radio 270 and love this tune, which (to be honest) I didn't know the name of until it was recently played on BBC Sounds of The Sixties. Happy day...

This is the best version of this song which I bought (and mislaid) in the 70's. Have never heard it since, except for the album version.

I always loved this track. Bought the single Jig a Jig and this was on the flip side. Haven't heard it for 40 years ! (Frightening really!)... Still sounds just as I remember it.....fantastic!!!

What a great song this is. Love it to bits. What became of Nick Watkinson? Is he still Scarborough based? Strikes me as a charismatic lead singer.....The guitar break is brilliant too. Best wishes to all......we are all now middle- aged but The Jags rocked!!
