The whole situation could have been avoided if the couple just called 911 for an ambulance. I swear people in America are getting dumber everyday. As far as the officer goes, he could have waited until the couple got their emergency care and then given them a ticket.

Suspend the officers?? Put them in jail!! If any other citizen beat up a person for no reason they would be looking at years in jail. Cops aren't above the law!!

By shooting this guy from the get go they could of prevented a deadly high speed chase where someone INNOCENT could have been killed. Elmore sure as hell isn't innocent!!
