About Me:
I'm an elementary school teacher who works long hours and doesn't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but loves to eat good food!

My recipes are made to be quick and easy for the working person who does not have a lot of time or thats too tired to make something from scratch. I do make things from scratch when I have more time, like the weekends and during the summer when I'm not teaching.

My recipes that I'm putting on YouTube are my family favorites so I know you will enjoy them. They've been pre-approved and voted in as Really Tasty.
