I started playing guitar at age seven because of Duane Eddy's music. I played (and sang) for a living in various bands a few of which were; "Saturday's Children", "Truth", "Revolver", "Easy Money", and "Rikk McNikk", from 1973 through 1979. I hung up my guitar due to burnout and frustration (and tired of being poor - haha), back in late 1981 and just got back into it in January of 2008. I'm very rusty after not playing for over 25 years, and the reflexes are not what they used to be, but I'm enjoying myself. :D
