Bought this track back in 1969 on a cold winters day. It was issued in the UK on Dave Godin's Deep Soul label. It got lost "somewhere along the way" haven't heard in half a lifetime - wonderful, thanks!

@marksnewhome Yeah it was called Scruples, probably because any you might have had were left at the door. Big friendly bouncer called St Clair, if I remember rightly. Took Segun- now a famous play-write, there for his 18th after he got his hair slicked. Memories!!
Never heard of either them or the tune-moreover a recommendation from Oasis didn't do too many favours for me- But beautiful, fabulous song. Love the "un-bwired" version. Excellent!
