Once again Tommygun proves that he is the King of Classic 70s Genesis. Sigh..even though other people try and sometimes give a good effort, it's no use. Just when you think the well has run dry I do it again.
For the very first time ever on Youtube, or anywhere on the web, live concert 8mm video highlights of Genesis performing Robbery, Assault, & Battery at the LA Forum on March 24th, 1977.
It's almost impossible to even find any photos of Phil in his "Harry the Robber" costume.
For all you 80s era fans who write me, this song is from the 1976 album "A Trick Of The Tail" go buy it.
Remember, if any of you fans have or know of anyone who may have filmed Genesis back in the 70s write me a msg.

The reason I'm uploading this clip of "It" twice is to show you this version after it was run through Virutaldub's Deshaker plug-in. You'll notice that there is much less camera wobble here and it's more noticeable when the camera pulls away. While not the best 8mm footage in the world it still is an improvement over the the previous clip which can be viewed here if you would like to compare the clips:

And yes, I do now own the entire 24 minute or so Genesis, Live at Bern, 1975 film footage! While not the greatest quality footage it is the best recording of the 1975 Lamb tour yet. These concert highlights from Bern are now available TO ALL GENESIS FANS as a bonus DVD extra to go along with the Lamb Live at the Shrine 2-CD set. The audio has been dubbed over this clip so you can hear the quality of the CD. The original audio will be left on the DVD bonus disc which can be heard/viewed here:

If anyone who views this video has the Archive audio set you'll notice the difference in sound as this version is the original concert where in the Archive set, Peter for whatever reason, decided to dub his vocals onto the concert. In my opinion, that ruined the show because Peter sounds much different in the 90s and it shows. There is nothing wrong with the vocals/sound of the original broadcast, it is what it is. I have a copy of the ORIGINAL AUDIO of the Lamb Shrine show of 1975 uncut and unedited which also includes Watcher of the Skies & The Musical Box.

How did I get it? I issued a TommygunNation "fatwah" to my European sleeper cells when I discovered that this footage would surface. Sure enough my people got it to me...and then I read this REVOLTING statement in an underground trading forum.....
".... and remember that there are millions of Genesis fans that have NO CLUE about Bern 1975. And probably never will."
Right then I knew I had to upload this to the world before I had time to release it properly.
