• I've been asked to remove some videos from my channel after people claiming to be in them contacted me and said they were unhappy that I'd filmed them without their knowledge or permission and then used the resulting footage in my films.

I personally believe that the people complaining have misidentified themselves but I've had to remove the videos in question while I investigate whether I've violated You Tube's Terms and Conditions regarding privacy.

As a precaution against further claims, I've removed or made private all videos where similar issues might arise and I'm now trying to work out how to resolve matters.

The only practical action I can take is to track down everyone who appears in my videos and ask if they're happy for me to use the film that I've taken of them.

For some videos, that will be straightforward but for many of my films, it's just not realistic. Therefore, most of my videos will have to remain down permanently. I certainly won't be making any new compilation videos or thrills and spills type of films for a while until I can work out what to do - further complaints about this channel could see me banned from You Tube.

So many apologies if some of your favourites have disappeared but hope you understand.
