10 facts that prove the modern Macedonians are actually descendants of the Ancient Macedonians
1.There is no evidence of Slavic existence in eastern Europe before the 7th century which proves that the slaves migrated south-north instead of north-south.
2.Greek words as Aryos (old), Nikos (victor) can be found in different forms in languages such as Slovak,Polish or Russian which means that the slaves began their trip from the Balkans where they gained some of the Greek culture and then spread it on to northern Europe.
3.DNA testings prove that Ancient Macedonians are connected with modern day Macedonians trough their DNA structure.
4.Greek geographic locations like the island of Corfu, Karpatos, the town of Volos and others who were named before the "Slavic invasion" do not mean anything in Greek but have meanings in Macedonian (corfu - blood) (karpa - rock) many islands in Greece are rocky, (Volos - Forest) this city in modern Greece is on mountain where usually are forests.
5.Ancient Macedonian symbols such as the Macedonian Lion or the Sun can be found as Macedonian uprising Coat of Arms as early as 17th century. If Slavs came from Easter Europe then they would bring their national symbols, wouldn't they?
6.Many of Ancient Greek, Roman,Jewish and so many others historians make clear difference between Macedonians and Greeks some of them :
