My first inspiration were the earlier, better songs made by Basshunter.
I found out that he made them with FL Studio, so I got interested in music production and.. well.. that is how it all began.
Now I listen to trance music, you know... Armin van Buuren, Roger Shah, Simon Patterson, Markus Schulz etc...
