About Me:
Pah, enough with the articulate smush. This whole thing is a great big attempt to impress you! We don't want flaunt your fame, and we would never share any of your personal details; we just want to make people aware of how special you are!
So fans, who is Tom Kenny, and why do we love him? Well, Tom's a voice actor, most commonly known for his work on Spongebob Squarepants. We admire him, not really for the fact he is famous and talented (although these things are true), but simply because he is a kind, genuine person.
If you're reading this Tom, know that we appreciate you, and everything you do. Though you don't know it, you bring fun and inspiration to a lot of people. Thank you for that.

OK, some facts about Tom then. He grew up in East Syracuse, New York, as one of five siblings. In first grade he met the comedian Bobcat Goldthwait and became best friends with him. He loves Popeye, Adam 12 and The Wizard of Oz. He lives in LA with his wife and two children. In the 1980's, Tom was the lead singer in a band called The Tearjerkers (how cool is that name?) and often sings with his brother Dan at gigs. He has a fabulous wardrobe and currently owns the coolest pair of glasses in the world. He bagged groceries for 6 years before his voice acting career. Tom starred in the comedies Mr Show (1995) and The Edge (1992). He married wife Jill in 1996, and the two have practically acted together since. They even played the couple taking a trip to the moon in The Smashing Pumpkins video, Tonight Tonight! Tom's main inspiration as a child was Mel Blanc. He has voiced Spongebob for 12 years. He thinks the Miss Teen USA Pageant is ridiculous. He hates gory films. He was born on the 13th July 1962 and his star sign is Cancer.

It's that festive time of year, and we've started off the good will by promoting a great charity, Neighbourhood House. Tom is a huge supporter of this cause himself. Our friend this week has to be Kat (Ckat13), for her wonderful tribute to our fan page! She's always been a loyal friend, but this has taken our appreciation to a whole new level. Check out the video in our Favourites section.

Next year TomKennyIsLovely is expanding to a real website! Don't panic - the Youtube page will still be running, but there will be lots of brand new features and videos for you to enjoy. We'll keep you posted.

George enjoys stand up comedy, sport and acting. Charlotte likes drawing, writing and playing the piano. Tom, however, collects comic books and records. He does not like sports! He once quoted, "I was just hopeless at sports," and was always picked last for teams with his friend Bob :( He's also a very good singer.

Books:
Our favourite books are Private Peaceful by Michael Morpurgo, the Twilight saga, Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, The Grapes of Wrath, Of Mice and Men and The Pearl by John Steinbeck, The Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella, and anything by Jaqueline Wilson. Tom likes comics, mainly.
